Phil Jackson still very much believes in the triangle offense. He's won a lot of championships with this as his system, and believed it brought perfect harmony between the star players and the role players. Michael Jordan and Scottie Pippen made it work with the Chicago Bulls. Shaquille O'Neal and Kobe Bryant made it work with the Los Angeles Lakers. But there were some issues in getting it implemented and working with the New York Knicks.

Someone who played in the triangle under Jackson was Metta World Peace. It helped make him a champion, so you know he has all the secrets to how to get it to successfully work. In case you were wondering what those secrets are, the player formerly known as Ron Artest decided to show off his coaching acumen and share those secrets on Instagram.

That seems pretty simple and easy to follow.

Good tip for the young coaches out there.
