India keeps hawk eye on secrete Nuke trade between Pak, North Korea

New Delhi, Jun 23 (UNI) After credible reports of hush-hush shipment of nuclear missile materials from Pakistan to North Korea, Indian intelligence agencies have stepped up trailing the trade with renewed focus on sea routes. Government sources told UNI that the global spy agencies have alerted India about the possibility of the nuclear missile material being transported from Pakistan to North Korea through the sea route using cargo vessels. The Indian agencies were also keeping a close watch on cargo ships bound to South East Asia from Pakistan, the sources said. Reports of continuing secrete trade of nuclear material between Pakistan and North Korea have surfaced at time when Islamabad is claiming a spot in the Nuclear Suppliers Group and urging the same exception being considered for India, which has an impeccable record of non-proliferation. According to the sources, the associates of Pakistan Energy Commission were supplying the banned substances like ‘Monel’ and ‘Inconel’ to North Korea in clear violation of the UN sanctions. There were also reports of the nuclear materials supplied by China Atomic Energy Authority to Pakistan have found its way to North Korea. The Chinese entities have learnt to have received complaints suggesting that material supplied by Beijing Suntech Technology Company Limited was diverted to North Korea by Islamabad, the sources said.
