Bollywood divas Sonam Kapoor and Kareena Kapoor are all set to share screen space in the upcoming film ‘Veere Di Wedding’. The news was confirmed by the ‘Neerja’ actress herself.
Sonam took to her Instagram page and shared a collage of pictures of the film’s cast. Along with Sonam and Kareena the collage has the pictures of Swara Bhaskar and famous TV and film actor Tiku Talsania’s daughter Shikha Talsania.
Sonam’s sister Rhea Kapoor will be producing the film in collaboration with Ekta Kapoor. The movie will be directed by Shashanka Ghosh who had directed Sonam in the 2014 romantic comedy ‘Khubsoorat’.
‘Veere Di Wedding’ is expected to be a fun ride and explore the spirit of the new age Indian women. It is about the journey of four characters from Delhi to Europe. The movie is said to be an adaption of 2005 Hollywood drama ‘The Sisterhood of the Travelling Pants’. It is expected to go on floors in Delhi in July.
