Pooja Bedi gets trolled after supporting Salman Khan post his ‘raped woman' comment

And here we are again. Salman Khan has landed himself in yet another controversy. This time due credit to his motor mouth. If you were living under a rock, and are totally unaware, here is the deal. During one of the group interviews a journalist asked him about the difficulties he faced while preparing for the role of a wrestler for his upcoming film Sultan. The actor responded “So, if I have to pick up a 120 kg person, and drop him down, I had to do it 10 times. In the wrestling match, it happens once or twice. Ten times from 5 different angles for 6-7 hours; either I am picking up and throwing him or he is picking me up and throwing me. It is like the most difficult thing. When I used to walk out of the ring, it was actually like a raped woman walking out." Yep the actor compared his wear out session to rape. The media and social media platforms went frenzy and the actor is facing major backlash. But one actress stood up for Salman- Pooja Bedi. The actress who has been on a season of Salman hosted Bigg Boss took to her Twitter and wrote “If @BeingSalmanKhan's intention was 2 use the term rape to describe something that shatters someone physically and emotionally, is it wrong?”.
