Joint inter-state meeting held between MP, Rajasthan police to curb crime

Bhopal, Jun 22 (UNI) In a bid to curb the incidents of inter-state crime in Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan, Mandsaur Superintendent of Police (SP) has organised a meeting in Mandsaur with his Rajasthan counterparts.
According to information received from police sources here, the meeting was conducted among the SPs of Neemuch, Ratlam and Mandsaur districts and SPs of Rajasthan’s Pratapgarh and Chittorgarh districts yesterday and several important crime-related issues were taken up in the meeting.
The meeting also elaborately discussed about developed better coordination among officials of inter-states and inter-districts to control the movements of criminals, including land, liquor and drug mafias from the two states, besides enhancement of security in key religious and other important places.
