  • BCCI president Anurag Thakur and cricketer Harbhajan Singh participated in a yoga session at the HPCA Stadium
  • The event that commenced at 6.30 am witnessed an enthusiastic gathering of about 300 people, practising yoga at the picturesque stadium. The participants were housewives, youths, professionals, members of the Rotary Club, Lion’s Club, Himalayan Heritage Foundation, Patanjali Ayurved, Art of Living and Bharat Tibet Sahyog Manch 
  • Congratulating the HPCA on organising the event, Anurag said: “Yoga is of utmost importance in one’s life as it helps in striking the right balance between body and mind. I will urge each individual to practise yoga in order to lead a healthy lifestyle. The credit for making yoga internationally acclaimed goes to our Prime Minister Narendra Modi.”
  • Harbhajan Singh said, “I enjoy practising yoga and feel thoroughly energised as it helps in connecting body with the soul. The HPCA Stadium is one of the most beautiful stadia and is my favourite. I enjoy coming here.”
