Police have identified the suspect involved in a hit and run that killed a man in Mill Woods Monday afternoon.
Erick Garcia, 38, struck a 73-year-old pedestrian at Mill Woods Road South at 48 Street around 4 p.m.
Police said Garcia fled following the crash but found his Jeep Wrangler soon after in the area of 36 Street and 12A Avenue.
Garcia is facing four charges, including criminal hit and run causing death.
