LeBron James got the last laugh on naysayers in a social media post.

The NBA Finals MVP wrote on Instagram, “They said u lost a step, wasn’t explosive as once was, the best days was in the real view, questioned your drive, your leadership, your commitment, you don’t have killer instinct, going back home is the worst mistake in your career, he got the coach fired, players traded, won’t work between him and Kyrie, Him and Kev won’t work, love your teammates to much, there’s no way he can deliver a championship in his hometown, etc etc etc…. But guess what THATS NONE OF MY BUSINESS.”

James made winning his business in the Finals leading the Cavaliers to Cleveland’s first major sports championship in 52 years. James nearly averaged a triple-double (3o points, 11 rebounds, 9 assists) for the series. His inspired play helped the Cavs beat the Warriors twice on their home court despite only two teams winning at Oracle Arena during the entire regular season.

Clearly, the post indicated that proving the doubters—everyone from Pat Riley to Skip Bayless to Charles Barkley—wrong partly motivated King James.

He concluded his post, “Hahahaha!!! Yes sir.”
