According to Neha, yoga helps her not only with relaxing her muscles and digestion and fitness, but also helps her relieve stress. The actress has been doing yoga for several years. She started at the age of 18 and she loves it.

"When you do yoga, you get to see the benefits of it. You get to know how amazing it is. The feeling that I get after doing an hour and a half of yoga is something you can't explain. You can watch the best movie in the world or eat the best chocolate in the world or do anything that gives you pleasure. But when you wake up after your final relaxation pose, you feel like a new person" say the actress.

As long as you know your yoga, you don't need the best gym in the world or the most amazing spa. You just need a 6 x 2 feet mat and you're sorted.
