Al-Nozha Misdemnour Court, convened at the Counseling Room, decided to reject the appeal submitted by the Public Prosecution upholding the release order of Mina Thabet, a researcher at the Egyptian Commission for Rights and Freedoms (ECRF), over the case no. 10698/2016 (Ain Shams/ Misdemeanor).

 Thabet faced charges of promoting, indirectly through the Internet, to commit terrorist crimes and organize unauthorized rallies and protests.
