GIZ is the Government of Germany's development cooperation agency. The hospital block is built using pre-fab material.
Speaking on the occasion, the German ambassador said that the hospital building was attractive and had many facilities of the many health institutes and hospital buildings he has visited.
He said Germany was ready to extend cooperation in the reconstruction of the physical infrastructures in the 14 districts worst affected by the Gorkha Earthquake.
It was stated at the programme that GIZ had constructed the 15-bed capacity modern hospital building at a cost of Rs 12.2 million. The building has 17 rooms. RSS
