Entertainment » OtherPosted at: Jun 20 2016 2:59PM 5 districts to become free from open defecation by 2017: ChandraprakashRanchi, Jun 20 (UNI) Jharkhand's Water Resources and Sanitation Minister Chandraprakash Chowdhary today said five districts of the state would become free from open defecation (ODF) by 2017. Addressing a press conference at Suchana Bhawan here, Mr Chowdhary said the districts of Khunti, Lohardaga, Jamtara, Koderma and Ramgarh would be made free from defecation in open by 2017.
