Armenian Ambassador to Philippines Raisa Vardanyan visited the country Saturday and held a meeting with the Philippine Health Department Secretary, Doctor Lilibeth David.

The sides discussed issues related to the development of the area, expressing readiness to activate the contacts between the relevant agencies, Armenian MFA press-service reports.

The Ambassador introduced the medical field reforms carried out in Armenia.  Referring to those reforms, the Philippine Health Department Secretary noted that the country has managed to achieve significant success in the area of preparing quality medical staff specialists.
