Two killed in e-way accident

Greater Noida: Two persons were killed when a speeding canter rammed into a dumper on Yamuna Expressway on Friday. The canter driver Shivpal (30) and helper Manoj (28), died on the spot.
The accident took place near Rustampur village on the Agra-Greater Noida side of the expressway, about 20 km from Zero Point. Krishnveer Singh, SHO, Rabupura police station, said that a truck was stationed at the expressway as it's tyre got deflated."A speeding canter came from the same direction and rammed against the truck," he said. The driver of the stationary truck fled from spot.
K R Upathayaya, investigative officer, said police have seized the two vehicles. "We are trying to identify the truck driver. We have informed the families of deceased," he said. tnn
