Homeopath files rape case against hubby

BHOPAL: A 40-year-old woman lodged a rape case against her husband on Thursday. The case was registered at Koh-e-Fiza police station. Police said that the complainant and the accused are doctors practicing homeopathy. The accused has been arrested.
Police said that the accused is 32 and the complainant is a few years older to him. The two met eight years ago and decided to marry.The complainant was a divorcee that time. They got married in Uttarakhand and started living together. However, after some time the woman came to know that accused was already married.
Even after this, the accused convinced her and claimed that he was unmarried, he also argued that the woman she thought was his wife was just his friend. The complainant again came to know that her husband was having illicit relations with the same woman.
She alleged that between May 15 and May 30 last month, her husband overpowered and raped her at knife-point after which she approached the police and registered a case against him.
