'TDP will bring Ramanna Rajyam'

Hyderabad: The Telugu Desam Party in Telangana said it will prepare for the 2019 elections with the aim of bringing 'Ramanna Rajyam' in the state. The Telangana TDP, which is all but decimated in Telangana in terms of elected representatives, met on Wednesday here at the party headquarters where its leaders mulled plans to revive the party in the state.
Addressing the meeting, MLA and party working president for the state A Revanth Reddy said as part of efforts to strengthen the TDP, the party will focus on five assembly constituencies in each district to start with. Party leaders will visit each of those constituencies and interact with the local leaders and workers and discuss issues relating to the government.
The meeting was also addressed by Telangana TDP president L Ramana and TDP politburo member Ravula Chandrasekhar Reddy.
