More bank branches

The Mysore and Chamarajanagar District Cooperative Central (MDCC) Bank will open its three branches shortly in Chamarajanagar along with five other branches. MDCC president and MLA for Hanur, Narendra, has shown interest in opening three new branches in the district.

The main aim is to achieve financial progress in the district through more business transaction.A total of Rs.85 crores loan has been disbursed to farmers till March 2015 in the district.

The 20th branch of MDCC Bank will be at M.M.Hills and the 21st branch will start functioning at Santhemaralli from June 15.

The foundation stone for the Hanur branch of the bank will be laid on June 15.
