Nielsens: NBA Finals, 'Rizzoli & Isles'

Sports beat. ABC's NBA Finals gave ABC another weekly win, with games on Wednesday (16.5 million viewers) and Friday (16.6 million) ranking as the top two programs. NBC's final NHL Stanley Cup game iced 5.4 million Sunday for a six-game average of 3.9 million.

Summer openers: TNT's final run of Rizzoli & Isles (3.9 million same-day viewers), Lifetime's UnREAL (497,000) and TBS' Angie Tribeca (660,000, all Monday); AMC's Hell on Wheels (1.8 million Saturday); and Ride with Norman Reedus (748,000 Sunday). AMC's Feed the Beast settled into its regular Tuesday slot with 398,000, down from 976,000 for its May 22 Sunday start. And FX's The Americans ended its fourth season with 768,000 Wednesday.

Trophy time. CBS' Tony Awards, helped by Broadway's smash hit Hamilton, drew 8.7 million viewers Sunday, a 15-year high, while the CMT Music Awards claimed 1.6 million Wednesday (and double that figure including simulcasts), followed by a preview of comedy Still the King (1.1 million).
