After a competitive pitch process, FCV Interactive has been awarded a 5-year contract to provide user-centered design and consultant services to Sound Transit. A new engagement, this will see FCV work with Sound Transit to transform the way they serve their riders' needs online, and across channels.

"Sound Transit provides a service that literally keeps cities moving in the Greater Seattle area," says Johann Starke, FCV's president & CEO. "With our new partnership, FCV has an exciting opportunity to improve the lives of Sound Transit's thirty-four million riders per year with simpler, more usable digital tools and the creation of more interconnected transit services."

Having delivered transformative digital work for many transit agencies across North America, FCV was strongly positioned to win the account. In addition to similar long-term digital engagements with clients like TransLink – who FCV has helped produce all of its flagship web experiences – FCV has designed and built some of the most referenced web and mobile solutions in North America's transit industry through its unique user-focused approach to digital transformation and implementation.

"At FCV, we've learned how to create better digital experiences for riders over years working with transit agencies of all shapes and sizes," added Warren Anthony, FCV's VP of Customer Experience. "FCV knows what it takes to engage riders across channels and touchpoints, and we couldn't be more thrilled at this opportunity to leverage our deep knowledge of public transportation to support Sound Transit's user-centered evolution."
