Palamu cops prevent violence

Daltonganj: Prompt police action defused tension in Palamu's Chainpur police station. A few members of two communities came to a fight over a minor incident on Saturday around 9 pm. The glass pane of a four-wheeler was broken and some members of another community were beaten up. The incident took place when some members of a community were going to the mosque for the Traweeh namaz.On DIG police Palamu Saket Kumar Singh's order,police rushed to the spot and two persons were detained at night while two others were nabbed on Sunday.
