Irish fans at home and at Euro 2016 have the opportunity to turn the Eiffel Tower green, white and orange after tomorrow's clash with Sweden.

The Irish Embassy in Paris is encouraging fans to take to social media and turn the landmark building into a giant tricolour.

While the teams will be playing for glory on the Stade de France fans will be going head to head on social media to decide which sides colours will illuminate the Eiffel Tower.

Anyone in the world can participate via Twitter, Facebook or Instagram: to vote, Irish fans must use #IRL before 8.30pm tomorrow.

The Irish Embassy has gotten behind the plane and Ambassador Geraldine Byrne Nason has backed the drive.
