Bhubaneswar awarded for Smart City strategy

Bhubaneswar: The Canadian Institute of Planners (CIP), a professional institute working for effective planning on land use, has awarded Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation under planning excellence merit category. The award has been given to Bhubaneswar for its Smart City strategy.
According to the CIP, the BMC has played a pivotal role in redefining existing planning processes.
