Sarrainodu is the one film that has taken box office by storm. The Boyapati Sreenu films has broken a lot of records at both Indian box office and the one overseas. It is the biggest hit of the Stylish Star's career and the biggest Telugu film this summer. Now you won't believe the commercial actioner's collections as it completes an important milestone. Allu Arjun-starrer Telugu actioner Sarrainodu has successfully completed a 50-day run in theatres and has collected a whopping Rs 125 crore worldwide, including for its Malayalam version. "While the Telugu version grossed Rs 119 crore, the film's Malayalam dubbed version collected another Rs 6 crore. The film completed its 50-day run in 115 centres across Andhra and Telangana. Directed by Boyapati Srinu, the film managed to shine at the ticket window despite mixed reactions from critics. "It was never meant to be a film for the critics. The target audiences were the masses and they lapped it up," Trinath said. Also starring Rakul Preet Singh and Catherine Tresa, the film was produced by Allu Aravind.

Sarrainodu also starred Catherine Tresa and Rakul Preet Singh as the female leads. The film released on April 22 and it has being going strong since day one at the box office.
