Shrewsbury midfielder Junior Brown and teenage goalkeeper Callum Burton have signed new deals with the club.

Brown, 27, who scored one goal in 40 appearances as the Shrews avoided relegation last season, has put pen to paper on a two-year contract and Burton, 19, has also agreed a two-year deal at the club.

Brown began his career at Crewe but moved on to Fleetwood, for whom he made over 100 appearances, and a brief spell at Oxford followed a season-long stay at Mansfield before he joined the Shrews on a free transfer in the summer of 2015.
