City stags fly off to Bali and Baku for voyeuristic thrills

Spiralling mercurial levels have sure ruffled the feathers of many globe-trotting Nagpurians. And taking advantage of this weather onslaught, there are many hot-blooded stags out there, who are escaping to exotic locales to satiate their carnal cravings. Adrenaline pumping exotica
According to a reliable source in tourism industry, who doesn’t want to be named, stags are seeking exotic packages to make the most of their ‘single’ trips.“In the past month and a half, more than 200 singles from Nagpur have made pleasure trips to Bali, which is the most favoured destination of the stags this season,” informs our source and adds: “There are many more stag groups lined up for Bali from Nagpur in June. Romania and Azerbaijan are the two new emerging destinations for Nagpurian men, who seek adventure.”
Stunning beaches and landscapes
According to another source from the tourism industry (requesting anonymity) what really works in the favour of these destinations is their amazing scenic beauty. “Bali’s beaches have a majestic aura and the night life there is also superb. The high that the men derive from their whirlwind romances with local girls motivates their ilk to follow suit,” adds our source.
Improved connectivity
What has really given a fillip to the tourism from Nagpur to several new destinations is the recent improvement in Nagpur’s connectivity with the rest of the world. Tour operator Manvinder Singh Tuli informs: “Now we have daily flights to Doha, which connect with flights to Europe, the US and Canada. So, it is much easier for the city tourists to travel to these destinations without wasting a day in Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata or Bangalore from where they had to board their flights earlier.”
Economy matters
The economy factor works in the favour of some of these exotic locales. Shares entrepreneur Rajit Gupta (name changed on request) who has recently returned from a sojourn to Baku (Azerbaijan): “It is one of the most beautiful cities in the world, located at the joint of Europe and Asia. I stayed in amazing resorts and four-star hotels for four nights and it cost me `75000, including all meals, which is quite economical. Of course, one has to pay extra for the escorts, but they charge much less than what they would charge in Bali or Bangkok.”
