The board’s mission is to provide guidance as DataGravity answers the industry call for a solution that analyzes, secures and gains insights from organization’s data. The formation of the board follows the hire of DataGravity chief information security officer (CISO) Andrew Hay earlier in 2016 and further solidifies the company’s commitment to protecting and providing visibility into sensitive data.
As the security market continues to rapidly evolve, the preeminent group of experts and practitioners on the DataGravity Security Advisory Board will provide invaluable feedback on the industry. Their insights will help guide the company in its mission to deliver high-impact solutions to customers’ challenges in defining, detecting and defending critical information, wherever the data lives.
The DataGravity Security Advisory Board includes:

- Dave Shackleford, principal consultant at Voodoo Security: VMware vExpert; previously chief security officer for Configuresoft and chief technology officer for the Center for Internet Security; author of “Virtualization Security: Protecting Virtualized Environments”
