Plaid Pantries Promotes Polonsky to President/COO

BEAVERTON, Ore. — Jonathan Polonsky began serving as president and chief operating officer of Plaid Pantries Inc., operator of Plaid Pantry convenience stores, on June 3. He previously held the position of chief operating officer and executive vice president.

Polonsky joined the convenience store chain as executive vice president in July 2012.

The current Plaid Pantries management team now consists of Chairman and CEO Chris Girard; Vice President, Marketing Tim Cote; Vice President, Operations Bahman Rostamirad; Vice President and Corporate Controller Brent Chadwick; and Polonsky.

Plaid Pantries operates 110 c-stores in Oregon and Washington state, primarily in the Portland, Ore., metro area.
