National Party chief flays sacking of PSM employees

QUETTA:Central President of National Party Dr Abdul Malik Baloch while condemning the dismissal of thousands of employees of Pakistan Steel Mills Corporation (PSMC), has said that instead of running the affairs of the solitary steel mill of Pakistan, the government of Imran Khan was planning to entrust its affairs to financers and that was why thousands of employees were sacked.

In a statement issued here on Tuesday, Baloch said that in the name of Tabdili (change), government was spreading ruination and unemployment. He said the removal of thousands of employees of Pakistan Steel Mills Corporation amid the second wave of novel corona virus was sheer violation of Sindh Corona Ordinance which ought to be withdrawn forthwith.

Expressing his support to the ongoing movement for the rights of employees of Pakistan Steel Mills Corporation, he urged party leaders and workers of Sindh chapter to extend support to the protesting workers of Pakistan Steel Mills Corporation.
