Discussing fitness goals at this restaurant lounge in Mumbai

Recently, actress and nutritionist Claudia Ciesla launched her book at a restaurant lounge. Suniel Shetty, who unveiled the book, spoke at length about striking the right balance between fitness and life goals. He enthusiastically took questions from the audience addressing fitness issues faced by people in everyday life.
