No question of transaction with MLAs in K'taka: Digvijay

Panaji, Jun 3 (UNI) All India Congress Comittee (AICC) General Secretary and in-charge of Karanataka Digvijay Singh today made it clean that there would not be any transaction with MLAs in the southern state for the Rajya Sabha poll.
Responding to a question related to sting operation conducted in the state, he said,'' I have not seen the clip but I have some points to make. There are nine independent MLAs. If we get those nine independent MLAs, our third candidate will get through. But there is no question of transaction whatsoever with any MLA. Work in the constituency is something which every MLA has right to demand and scheme should be sanctioned to his constituency. Non of the Congress MLA or any elected member of the party are part of the sting operation. But the fact is the Janata Dal (S) has been giving seats to moneybags. Vijay Mallya was member of Parliament (Rajya Sabha) from JD (S). BJP and JD(S) both were responsible for Mr Mallya being memeber of Rajya Sabha.''
