Ramya back in Tamil through a dubbed film

She will be seen in a new movie titled Siva Nagam.

Ramya, a.k.a Divya Spandana, who has been missing from films after turning politician, will be seen in a new movie titled Siva Nagam. Directed by Kodi Ramakrishna of Arundhati and Amman fame, the bilingual film in Telugu and Kannada, will be dubbed in Tamil and Hindi. It is titled Nagarahavu in Kannada.

Speaking at the promotional event of Siva Nagam, Ramakrishna said, “The movie revolves around 120-foot snake of Lord Siva. A film with such a large scale budget in this genre has never been depicted in Indian cinema so far. I took seven years to work on the script and three years on filming.” He adds, “The VFX team, which worked in Naan Ee and Baahubali, have been roped in for this film as well”.

While Ramya essays the central character of Naga Kanni, Diganth and Rajesh are also playing important roles. Sri Thenanadal Movies, who tasted huge success distributing Arundhati, have bought Siva Nagam for a whopping price and are planning for a July release.
