The police are seeking information on suspected al Shabaab returnees believed to have sneaked back into the country.
They are Ali Mwagutsi, Ali Mwaligulu, Hamisi Mwaligulu, Said Seti, Ali Kolagwa, Salim Mjinga and Alfan Mwakambirwa. Police spokesperson George Kinoti said the suspects have infiltrated Arabia and Elwak in Mandera.
