Mechanical Project Engineer.
A performance driven professional in Project management, Project Planning &
Execution, developing the planning package, updating and monitoring for entire
project.
Detailed study to understand the Project Scope of Work and disseminate the
scope clarity among engineering discipline leaders
Follow-up of Engineering Document Issuance in accordance to the project
schedule maintaining the project quality requirements.
Coordinate and participate in design-reviews, technical impact with other
departments and with contractors. Coordinating Interdisciplinary review of
technical documents.
Supporting Procurement Department for timely placement of Purchase Orders for
priority items based on construction requirement and Project Schedule.
Evaluating project, present cost / benefits analysis at project decision points;
finalizing requirements and specifications in consultation with collaborators /
promoters as well as project scheduling including material & manpower planning.

- 3. • Prepared scope of project, proposals and presented contract to appropriate vendor • Review of project specifications and raise “concession/clarification requests” to CLIENT with the support of engineering discipline leaders (if required). • Organize Cross Functional Review Meetings, Agenda and MOM Preparation. • Job Coordination with Client, internal Discipline & Site Engineers. Monitoring and controlling man-hours schedules, costs, deviation notices and work progress. • Reporting the Project in Monthly Status meetings to senior management highlighting issue, which could impact on quality, cost and schedule. • Evaluating vendor quotations and specifications. • Review AFC documents such as client specifications, standards & special instructions noted. • Identify the Critical Activities and Critical path of the project and coordinate with all Discipline engineers to ensure that all the activities falling on critical path are completed on time so as not to delay the project. • Follow up with the Punch list work & EPC contractor construction planning and progress on daily basis.
