LUDHIANA: City art zone exhibition titled "Rapture" started on a successful note at Punjabi Bhawan. More than 30 artists participated from across the country. The artists also got a chance to attend demo classes hosted by Professor Bharat Bhushan Bharti from Hoshiarpur. Bharti said, "Art exhibitions are a perfect way to promote art culture in the city.
The acitivity may not be eye-catching in the beginning but definitely creates an impression truly capable of transforming people."
Shivani Gupta, one of the artist, said, "Art gives a deep meaning to life. It represents an artist's expression towards different aspects of life." Jaspreet Mohandas Singh, another artist and organiser of the art exhibition, said, "Exhibition is a fine way to display art forms and brings people closer."
Richa Khurana from Model Town, a visitor at the exhibition, said, "I am not a artist but I love visiting art exhibitions. The entire display was very inspiring." Another resident Roohani Kaur from Sarabha Nagar said, "I just adored the art work. Expressing feelings through art is a very fine talent."
