Polls of KAS Officers’ Association on July 18

SRINAGAR: The Kashmir Administrative Services Officers’ Associations (KASOA) will hold elections on July 18 for electing new body.

The Kashmir Administrative Services Officers’ Associations (KASOA) will hold elections on July 18 for electing new body.

“In a KASOA meeting today, a large number of KAS officers participated. Various issues confronting the KAS fraternity were discussed, including conduct of elections for electing new body. It was unanimously decided in the meeting that elections shall be held tentatively on or around July 18,” an official spokesperson said. To conduct the process smoothly, he said it was decided to appoint one election officer and two returning officers — one each from Jammu and Kashmir divisions, respectively. —TNS
