Entertainment » OtherPosted at: May 29 2016 7:29PM State govt decides to give five fold amount for land in rural area- KhadseKolhapur, May 29 (UNI) Maharashtra Revenue Minister Ekanath Khadse has said the government has decided to give five-fold amount of present rate for land in rural area, which required for various irrigation projects, while in urban areas we would give doule rate for the land. Mr Khadse was addressing a "Pani-parishad" (Water convention) at Tamnakwadi village of Kagal tehsil of this district this evening in the presence of state cooperation minister Chandrakant Patil, who is also district guardian minister and Bharatiya Janata Party's spokesperson Madhav Bhaandari. Mr Khadse said with increasing amount for the land, which is required for projects, all difficulties would be removed now.
