Senior officers of Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) have also not ruled out that their team of officers are fatigued a bit due to recent cases of NRHM-IEC and NRHM-Engineering wing, but said that the investigation is moving in the right direction.

"We have to find out the firms which were benefited while Pawan worked with NRHM-IEC and the quantum of monetary benefits the officers and other accused including Anil Agarwal, Deepa Gupta and Joji Varghese received via Ajit Soni to manipulate tenders. All what we can assure is that since we lodged the case, we have got very important evidences. We are into verifying certain facts relating to nearly 150 files cleared by the officers," said a senior officer of ACB on Saturday.
ACB officers have been questioning Pawan since last Thursday while accused Anil Agarwal yet to appear before the team stating some health problems.
"It was also found in the investigations that even after transfer of IAS officer from NRHM-IEC to agriculture department, Pawan continued to clear some important files. We just need to take it further by establishing that during this period he also took monetary benefits to consolidate the case of corruption against him," the officer added.
