Manjinder Singh Sirsa reminds Kejriwal about 'Raj Dharma' of helping victims of 1984 anti-Sikh massacre

Chandigarh, May 28 (UNI) General Secretary of Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Management committee Manjinder Singh Sirsa today reminded Delhi's chief minister Arvind Kejriwal about his moral duty and 'Raj Dharma' of helping the victims of 1984 anti-Sikh massacre.
In his letter, Sirsa expressed concern that despite passage of a long period of 32 years and establishment of several enquiry commissions and presently an S.I.T., the culprits of 1984 anti-Sikh massacre could not be punished in the courts of law. Therefore, to give a healing effect to the victim families, Delhi government, which is restless for getting political mileage in Punjab by projecting itself as well-wisher of the victims; should have passed a resolution in the state assembly declaring 1st November as a 'black day'. But despite earlier correspondence by Sirsa on the same subject, Delhi government is paying no heed to this issue.
He stated that the condition of the flats of the 1984 victims in Tilak Vihar colony has turned very bad but the victims are unable to get repaired these flats owing to their poor financial condition. If these flats are not repaired immediately, any untoward incident can happen in the colony leading to large scale loss of lives and property and the responsibility for the same would be of Delhi government.
