Leader of opposition in Telangana Legislative Council, Mohammed Ali Shabbir and news editor Siasat Mr. Amer Ali Khan inaugurated the 1st floor of Kamareddy Makkah Masjid after Friday prayers.
Addressing on the occasion Mr. Mohammed Ali Shabbir urged the Muslims to establish prayer and practice Shariah. Mr. Shabbir Ali donated Rs. 2 lakh to Madrasa Muneer ul Huda Sailani, Baba Colony, and 3 lakh to Masjid Maryam. News editor Amer Ali Khan handed over the amount to the responsible persons.
Addressing on the occasion after Friday prayers news editor Siasat Mr. Amer Ali Khan said, Islam has five primary obligations, or pillars of faith, that each Muslim must fulfill in his or her lifetime. He said Zakat is an obligatory act. He urged well-to-do Muslims to search needy persons who are unemployed for payment of Zakat. It they are linked with any business they would become financially sound and in future they themselves would be in a position to offer Zakat, he said.
