Toroidal Conductivity Controllers

Walchem Corporationies toroidal conductivity controllers employ a new low-cost CPVC sensor for applications below 180°F. In addition, the controller software has been updated with a time proportional control program that provides a tight control option for pumps and valves if the On/Off control function is not efficient enough for the job.

The controls' electroless sensors can be calibrated to read in percent concentration for ease of use. Available with single- or dual-input, these units monitor two baths with control output and alarm relay for each, saving costs. Ideal for chromate and pickling lines, the electrodeless sensor design can be used in applications from 50 µS to 1000 mS.
