Tell us your baby-calming secrets, Mr. President.

While en route to his historic visit to the Hiroshima Peace Memorial on Friday, President Barack Obama made a stop at the U.S. Marine Corps Air Station in Iwakuni, Japan. After his speech, the president made the rounds greeting those who attended.

A woman in the crowd appeared to hand the president a crying baby, who was then given back to the woman appearing to no longer be upset.

The exchange was caught on camera by Reuters photographer Carlos Barria and also can be seen in the video above from the Department of Defense's video website.

Is there some sort of POTUS baby-calming magic or is this just a happy coincidence?
