Siasat had invited poetry from the poets to be penned in the same meter of Safi Aurangabadi’s couplet ‘Khuda ko ham ne pahchana Khuda Hai- Mohammed Ye Taqaddus Aap ka hai’. The results of the competition have been announced by a panel judges constituted by Siasat Daily.
Mr. Anjani Kumar Goel has been selected for 1st prize he will receive cash prize of Rs. 5000. 2nd prize of 3000 went to Hyder Jaleeli while 3rd prize of 2000 was given to Aliya Gauhar.
Ishtiyaq Sahel, Jagjivanlal Asthana Saher, Yousuf Ravish, Askar Nirmali, Dr. Saleem Abidi, Munawwar Husain Rasekh, Syed Husain Bukhari Sayeed, Syed Mahmood Saleem, Syed Junaid Husaini Junaid and Parveen Fatima will be given consolation prizes of Rs. 1000 each. Waheed Aseer, Shoaib Ali Faisal, Mohammed Faheem Ansari Nasher, Ashfaq ur Rahman Ansari, Syed Jalees and Mohammed Anwer and Ahmed Anwer got the consolation prizes of Rs. 500 each.
