Modi is an incarnation of Lord Vishnu, says BJP MLA Gyandev Ahuja

Jaipur: Already infamous for his controversial controversies, BJP MLA Gyandev Ahuja on Thursday showered praises for PM Narendra Modi, calling him a 'mahapurush'.
Equating Modi with god, Ahuja, in an informal interaction with media persons, said Modi is an incarnation of Lord Vishnu. He further said that that he stands by his earlier remarks against Nehru-Gandhi family."The statues of Nehru and Gandhi family members should be pulled down, just like the statues of Saddam Hussein had been pulled down in Baghdad,'' said Ahuja. The Congress had criticised his statements and demanded action against him.
The MLA had earlier courted a major controversy by making statements like Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) being a hub of sex and drugs. He had claimed that rapes occurred in the JNU campus every day. Recently, Ahuja said he stood by his statements over JNU. "Rapes happen in the JNU campus daily. I stand by what I said, the campus is a hub of criminal activities," he said.
