After the emotional turmoil Claire and Jamie faced in the previous episode of “Outlander” Season 2, the two characters will finally share a moment of happiness together. A clip from the next episode of the TV series shows the two characters share a tender kiss after they return to Scotland.

Claire (Caitriona Balfe) and Jamie (Sam Heughan) will return to their home in Lallybroch in the next episode and they will take little Fergus with them. A scene from the episode posted on EOnline, shows the couple happy after a long time.

After the heart breaking events in the previous episode, in which Claire lost her baby, fans may welcome the change in the scenery and see the couple in a happy place. The Frasers have had a good harvest of potatoes and it was Claire’s idea to plant them.

Jenny (Laura Donnelly) too is happy with the harvest and tells Claire that she was right in suggesting it to them. This is the first time potatoes were planted on the lands that belong to the Frasers. Various ways of cooking potatoes are discussed in the “Outlander” Season 2 scene. Jamie is surprised that his wife knows how to cook. Claire responds by saying she isn’t sure if she can cook, but she can certainly boil potatoes.

The next episode will be introducing Jamie’s grandfather Lord Lovat (Clive Russell). A still from the next episode posted on Vulture shows the new character in action. His real name is Simon Fraser, but he is also known as the Old Fox.

A preview of the next episode of “Outlander” Season 2 shows Jamie meeting with his grandfather, even though his sister doesn’t like the idea. Jamie wants to dissuade Lord Lovat from sending aid to the Jacobite Rebellion. The young Scotsman will find out that his grandfather is after Lallybroch. The Old Fox will make a proposal to give up his plans, which is sure to enrage the Frasers.
