DCT industrial lease in Carrollton plus construction update

​​CARROLLTON – Milwaukee-based heating and air conditioning giant Johnson Controls ​signed a 55,000-sf lease with DCT Industrial​ at 1615 Diplomat Dr. in the Valwood submarket.

DCT is in the midst of developing two new industrial projects: 

Coppell: a 107,000-sf project at DCT Freeport West, 1204 W. Bethel Rd., slated for completion in 3Q 2016.

Lewisville: a 347,000-sf bulk distribution facility in DCT Waters Ridge​ at 514 Bennett Ln., set for 3Q 2016 delivery. 

As of December 31, 2015, Denver-based DCT owned interests approximately 5.52 million sf in Dallas.
