Addressing the second day of the Collector's conference here today, he clarified that he had made the comment that the income of Endowment had gone up because of people offering money to get rid of their sins, in a positive manner but they were distorted. The Chief Minister said that innovative methods should be introduced in the administration and asked Collectors to provide corruption-less, hassle-free and transparent administration to the people of the state.
