Mohsin steals the selfie show, Issac gets the maximum applause and more
Thiruvananthapuram: Mohammed Mohsin, youngest among the candidates who won the Pattambi seat in Palakkad district for the seat for CPI in the assembly election was perhaps one of the most sought after leader for the LDF cadres to click a selfie with at the swearing in ceremony of the CPM led LDF government in Thiruvananthapuram in Kerala on Wednesday.

While walking back from the swearing in hall, Mohsin was seen greeted by several LDF workers and most of these greetings ended up with the cadres drawing the slender Mohsin to their side and clicking a selfie.
The a research student at Jawaharlal Nehru University in New Delhi shot to fame when his college mate and JNU student agitation leader Kanhaiya Kumar came down to Pattambi and addressed one of the well-attended election rallied of Mohsin. The 30 year old Mohsin is also a student union activist and member of AISF, the student forum of the CPI.
Isaac gets the maximum claps, GS comes next
It may be coincidental, but the CPM leaders from Alappuzha district were the most welcomed by the LDF cadres assembled at the swearing in ceremony of the
Pinarayi Vijayan government. While sloganeering appeared to have failed to gain momentum as it was in the past, the people who were present at the ceremony hall clapped the best when T M Thomas Isaac was invited for the swearing in. The next minister to receive a considerable claps and appreciation from the crowd was G Sudhakaran.
When leaders and Babus get stuck
When the CPM decided to organise the swearing in ceremony at Central stadium, the party made it clear that the decision was taken to ensure more public participation in the programme. But it seems to have hit many leaders and babus badly. While some of the former ministers were seen lost in the crowd without any help to move an inch forward towards the ceremony hall, some senior bureaucrats were seen stuck inside the hall without way to move out or chance to witness the ceremony.
