Woman kills daughter over illicit relationship
An 18-year-old girl was allegedly killed by her mother with the help of two persons in Kurthiya village in Ballia district.The police arrested the woman on Tuesday.
Varanasi: An 18-year-old girl was allegedly killed by her mother with the help of two persons in Kurthiya village in Ballia district. The police arrested the woman on Tuesday.
Durga Devi suspected her daughter of having illicit relationship.
She allegedly killed the girl with the help of her two brothers-in-law on Saturday. They left the body in a hut.
SP Ballia Manoj Kumar Jha told to TOI that villagers informed police about the incident on 100 number.The police team recovered the body packed in a sack from a hut situated about 400 metres from her house. They body was sent for postmortem examination. The woman was arrested while other accused are absconding.
