CM to inaugurate sports meet

Chief minister Anandiben Patel will inaugurate the Swami Vivekanand Sports Meet for Youth and Women from the Hemu Gadhavi Natyagrih in Rajkot on Thursday at 5pm to spread Vivekanand's messages and philosophy.
Union minister of state for agriculture Mohanlal Kundariya, Gujarat's transport minister Vijay Rupani, minister of state for sports youth and cultural minister Nanubhai Vanani, minister of state for energy Govindbhai Patel and minister of state for tourism Jayeshbhai Radadiya will also be present on the occasion.
Afghanistan officials to be trained in city
Dhirubhai Ambani Institute of Communication and Technology and Sanguine Management Services of Ahmedabad has jointly organised a training course on Information and Communication Technology Management for UN's Food and Agriculture Organization and ministry of energy and water officials of Afghanistan from May 23 to June 3 at the institute.
Shodh Yatra
The 37th edition of Shodh Yatra, was conducted at Ayee village in Sindhudurg district of Maharashtra and Colamb village in Goa from May 11 to 17 by the Ahmedabad-based Society for Research and Initiatives for Sustainable Technologies and Institutions.
