Dehradun: Madan Kaushik, the chief whip of the BJP in the state Assembly, has filed a petition before Speaker Govind Singh Kunjwal seeking disqualification of MLA Bhim Lal Arya for violating the party whip.



Dehradun: Madan Kaushik, the chief whip of the BJP in the state Assembly, has filed a petition before Speaker Govind Singh Kunjwal seeking disqualification of MLA Bhim Lal Arya for violating the party whip. Kaushik said Arya voted for Congress in the May 10 floor test. This is the second time that the BJP has filed a petition against Arya under the Anti-Defection Law.—TNS
